当社は、本アプリにおけるお客様のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報の種類、目的、第三者との関係、お客様の権利について説明します。
本アプリは、フライト・予約・パスポート等の情報を主にお客様の端末内およびお客様自身の iCloud（Apple のプライベートデータベース）に保存します。これらの機微な情報を当社のサーバーに送信・収集することはありません。当社サーバーおよび第三者に送信されるのは、運航情報の取得と通知に必要な最小限の情報に限られます。
これらは SwiftData によりお客様の端末に保存され、お客様が iCloud を有効にしている場合は Apple の CloudKit（プライベートデータベース）および iCloud Drive を通じてお客様のデバイス間で同期されます。同期は Apple のインフラ上でお客様自身のアカウント内で行われ、当社はこれらのデータにアクセスしません。
パスポートの読み取り（MRZ 解析）はお客様の端末内で処理され、画像や解析結果が当社や第三者に送信されることはありません。
現時点（Phase1）では、プッシュ通知トークンの取得・送信機能は無効化されており、当社サーバーへは送信されません。将来この機能を有効化する場合は、本ポリシーを更新します。
上記に、氏名・パスポート情報・予約内容などの機微な情報は含まれません。
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用します。当社は各社に対し、上記の最小限の情報のみを、それぞれの目的の範囲で提供します。 - FlightAware：お客様ご自身の API キーによる運航情報の取得のため（お客様の端末から直接、当社を介さず行われます） - Apple（iCloud / CloudKit、App Store）：データ同期、課金処理のため - Cloudflare：当社のホスティングサーバー（Pages）の実行基盤
各第三者の取り扱いについては、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
※ 将来、プッシュ通知機能を有効化する場合、または当社が運営するサーバーを経由して運航情報を取得する機能（アプリ管理APIによる自動取得プラン）を提供する場合は、本ポリシーおよび第三者一覧を更新します。
本アプリは、広告 SDK、アクセス解析 SDK、クラッシュ解析 SDK を一切使用していません。広告識別子（IDFA）の取得や、他社サービスをまたぐトラッキングも行いません。
本アプリは、機能提供のために以下の権限を必要な場合にのみ要求します。 - カメラ：パスポートや航空券の読み取り（撮影画像は端末内で処理されます） - カレンダー：フライト予定のカレンダーへの登録・更新 - 通知：フライトの変更・リマインダーの通知
各権限は、お客様が iOS の設定からいつでも変更できます。
端末内・iCloud のデータは、お客様が本アプリまたはデバイス上で削除するまで保持されます。本アプリの削除、または iCloud 上のデータ削除により、対応するデータは削除されます。
通信は暗号化（HTTPS）され、当社サーバーへのアクセスは認証トークンで保護されます。ただし、インターネット通信および電子的保存の完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
本アプリは、13 歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、意図的に子どもの個人情報を収集しません。
設定ファイルの取得や購入状態の確認の過程で、情報がお客様の居住国以外に所在するサーバー（Apple・Cloudflare の設備）で処理される場合があります。
お客様は、端末内・iCloud のデータをいつでも閲覧・編集・削除できます。
上記のほか、適用される法令に基づく権利の行使をご希望の場合も、下記までご連絡ください。
本ポリシーは日本法に準拠します。本ポリシーまたは本アプリの個人データの取扱いに関して当社との間で紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。なお、GDPR・CCPA 等、お客様の居住地の法令が定める権利・救済手段は、本条により制限されません。
本ポリシーは日本語を正文とします。他言語版が提供される場合であっても、日本語版と相違があるときは日本語版が優先します。
当社は、本ポリシーを必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリまたは本ページ上で告知します。

The Company respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles, why, how third parties are involved, and your rights.
The App stores your flight, booking, and passport information primarily on your device and in your own iCloud (Apple's private database). We do not transmit or collect this sensitive information to our servers. Only the minimum information required to retrieve flight status and deliver notifications is sent to our servers or third parties.
This data is stored on your device via SwiftData and, if you enable iCloud, synced across your devices through Apple's CloudKit (private database) and iCloud Drive. Syncing occurs within your own account on Apple's infrastructure, and we do not have access to this data.
Passport reading (MRZ parsing) is performed on your device; images and parsed results are never sent to us or to third parties.
At this time (Phase 1), push notification token collection and transmission is disabled and nothing is sent to our servers for this purpose. If we enable this feature in the future, we will update this policy.
The above does not include names, passport information, or booking contents.
The App uses the following third-party services, receiving only the minimum information described above for their respective purposes: - FlightAware: to retrieve flight status using your own API key (directly from your device, not through us) - Apple (iCloud / CloudKit, App Store): for data sync and billing - Cloudflare: hosting our web infrastructure (Pages)
Each third party's own privacy policy applies to its handling of data.
Note: If we enable push notifications, or introduce a plan in the future where flight status is retrieved through servers we operate (an app-managed API plan), we will update this policy and the third-party list accordingly.
The App uses no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting SDKs. It does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA) or track you across other companies' apps or websites.
The App requests the following permissions only when needed: - Camera: to scan passports and tickets (captured images are processed on device) - Calendar: to add and update flight events in your calendar - Notifications: to alert you of flight changes and reminders
You can change any permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Data on your device / in iCloud is retained until you delete it in the App or on your device. Deleting the App or removing the iCloud data deletes the corresponding data.
Communications are encrypted (HTTPS), and access to our servers is protected by an authentication token. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
While fetching configuration data or verifying purchase status, information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence (Apple's and Cloudflare's infrastructure).
You can view, edit, and delete the data on your device / in iCloud at any time.

This policy is governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute with us arising from this policy or our handling of personal data under the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. This clause does not limit any rights or remedies you have under the laws of your country of residence, including GDPR or CCPA.
The Japanese version of this policy is the authoritative text. If versions in other languages are provided, the Japanese version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.
We may update this policy as needed. If there are material changes, we will announce them in the App or on this page.
